My journey as a designer and researcher has been enriched by my background in marketing and programming, allowing me to approach projects with a holistic perspective.

Olia is a professional UX designer with a rich background in global consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing. With leadership roles at industry giants such as Mars, PepsiCo, and Unilever, Olia brings a unique blend of marketing expertise and design acumen to the table.
Throughout her career, Olia has demonstrated a deep understanding of user behavior and market trends, leveraging data-driven insights to inform her design decisions. She is passionate about creativity and innovation, about crafting intuitive experiences that resonate with users across various touchpoints.
In her current role at DigitalVertex Enterprises, Olia designs digital products for web, tablet, and mobile platforms within Agile, cross-functional teams. She leads the UX design for a calorie-tracking health app, a WIKI interactive learning platform, and a CRM system to improve internal workflows and usability. Her work spans user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with a strong focus on aligning user needs and business goals. She also honed her design skills at Springboard, where she led several UX design and research projects - from mobile tools for outdoor enthusiasts to streamlined e-commerce platforms.
With a strong foundation in business and marketing strategy, Olia brings a unique perspective to the field of UX design. Her ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes throughout her career.
Olia holds a diverse educational background, including an E-MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, a diploma in Digital Media & Marketing from Duke University, training in programming from PASV School, and certificate in UX/UI design from Springboard. She is fluent in a wide range of design tools and methodologies, including Figma, Invision, and design thinking principles.
In her free time, Olia enjoys tennis, skiing, scuba diving, and hiking. She also enjoys swimming, yoga practices, and reading, enjoys traveling to learn about other cultures and meet new people.
